Clubhouse charges

Clubhouse charges are a fee, separate from the building's regular maintenance, for the gym, pool, party hall, and other shared leisure spaces inside a gated community.

( SCROLL ↓ )

Some societies fold this into the general maintenance figure every resident already pays; others bill it on its own, monthly, yearly, or as a one-time amount collected when a resident first moves in. Because the two can look identical on a quick quote, the only way to know which one you are being asked for is to ask what the maintenance figure already includes. We ask whether clubhouse charges already sit inside the maintenance figure we are quoting, or on top of it.

( THE GLOSSARY )

Clubhouse charges

A rental term, explained for Bengaluru.

A term is defined from the statute or from the practice, with the source named beside it. Where Bengaluru's practice differs from the law, the page says so rather than choosing one.

Send this page to whoever you are moving with; a home is usually chosen by two people at eleven at night. The next step is one message to the desk with the budget, the size and the office.

The glossary knows the word. The desk knows the home.
