Bellandur, east Bengaluru: high-rise apartment blocks along the Outer Ring Road.

Bellandur is the most vertical part of the eastern corridor: large gated towers, full amenity decks, and apartment stock that is genuinely newer than almost anywhere else we work.

It exists because of the offices along the Outer Ring Road, and that is the whole calculation. If you work on this stretch, almost nothing in Bengaluru will beat it. If you do not, you have taken on the city’s hardest road in both directions.
