How much does rent increase every year in Bangalore?

The usual increase written into a Bengaluru rental agreement is 5 to 10%, applied when the agreement renews. In IT corridor pockets like Whitefield, HSR Layout or Koramangala, landlords sometimes push for 8 to 15%. It is a contract term, not fixed by any authority, so check the clause before you sign.
