Moving in and living there

What are move in charges in a society?

Many gated societies charge a one time move in fee, commonly around ₹2,500, sometimes with a refundable move in deposit of around ₹5,000. A matching move out charge, often another ₹2,500, is also common. Ask the society for its exact charges before moving day.
