Make an account, log in with an OTP, and start a new document entry. Add the property, both parties and the terms. Check the draft, pay, then both sides sign on screen with a photo, a fingerprint and an Aadhaar check. Submit it. When the Sub Registrar accepts it, you download the agreement, Index 2 and the receipt.

What the record says
- Property type is residential or non-residential. The term is 1 to 60 months.
- Pay stamp duty and registration fee, then the document handling charge, both through the portal.
- Add the tenant details for police records (see the police answer).
- Check the status on your dashboard. A registered agreement shows as Successfully Registered.
